(a substantial shareholder holding 204,930,000 shares (the "Shares") of the Company) through Lacosta Harness Limited ( a company direct wholly and beneficially owned by Mr.Paul Lo) from Mr. Kwong Ping Man at a total cash consideration of HK$109,637,550.00 (the "Acquisition").
